About Jim "James" Humphrey
James E. Humphrey joined Andersen in April 1999 as Vice President, General Manager, Windows and Doors. In 2001 he was named Senior Vice President and the following year and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in September 2001. Ultimately in 2002 he was named President in December.
Humphrey had served 31 years with Armstrong, serving in several of leadership and management positions. After starting with the company as a marketing representative in 1968, he retired from Armstrong in 1999 as President, Floor Products Americas.
Humphrey has a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from Millikin University.
